Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our products include a limited warranty. The duration depends on the product type and will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 to 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all accessories and packaging.

Do you provide repair services?

Yes, AZ Electro offers professional repair services including screen replacement, battery issues, and software troubleshooting for mobile devices and electronics.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Local pickup from our Badalona store is also available.
