Returns

You may return a product within 7–14 days of purchase if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Certain accessories may also be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Repair Warranty

Devices repaired by AZ Electro are covered by a limited service warranty based on the type of repair performed.
